Shradh

It is the month of Shradh. We pray for our ancestors, ask for their blessings and their forgiveness, and then feed a cow, the crows and a dog.

Why a cow, crows and a dog? I have no idea. None of it makes sense to me.

It makes sense to my mother. So I am gladly going along.
